何学文，男，1963年4月生，广东兴宁人，汉族，1981年8月参加工作，1984年5月加入中国共产党，在职研究生学历，博士。曾任汕尾市委常委、副市长，深圳市政府副秘书长，深圳对口帮扶汕尾指挥部总指挥，深汕特别合作区管理委员会主任。
